Glenrothes Boxing Club Are now fully established in their purpose-built facility in Glenrothes. Situated in the heart of Fife we are open to members and non members throughout the year.Our Professional and Fitness coaches are fully qualified and have more than 95 years experience.

We are members of  Boxing Scotland and  governed by the BBBC The British Boxing Board of Control. We are fully insured  with Boreland Insurance

We offer a state of the art training facility with many new modern training machines, running machines, Step up Machines, Spin Bikes, weight machines,There is many different size bags. Our in-house shop offers all equipment required from gloves to boots to bandages.

Our multi-thousand pound facility is Equipped with Sauna, hot-tub, steam room Etc. We have excellent male and female changing facilities.

Our Gym (ideal for dance lessons, fitness classes, Karate Classes, Yoga, Zumba and rehearsals etc) is available for group and individual hire. Two Large rooms are available. Glenrothes Boxing Club  has built a fantastic gym and Assault course. Now avalable for  hire on a flexible basis to various clients. The gym attracts Coaches, Local groups and  Personal Trainers. The environment is set up to make their client’s lives as stress free as possible; including a full range of functional training equipment, outside training  area . The quality of equipment, cleanliness and service levels are all maintained to the highest standards. This in turn attracts Personal Trainers of the highest calibre and a friendly relaxed atmosphere, where knowledge and information is shared.

Put your body to the test against our specially designed assault course used to develop balance, strength and coordination. The individual stations have been scientifically designed to provide a range of exercise. Most have simple stations including tyre runs, sit-up bars, chin-up bars, parallel bars, and more challenging stations such as a wall climb and log lift. Either just attempt to get round in one piece or compete in a team challenge. Suitable for those aged 14 and above. Reasonable Rates are available by Hour, Half Day or Day
