Glenrothes Boxing Club Are now fully established in their purpose-built facility in Glenrothes. Situated in the heart of Fife we are open to members and non members throughout the year.Our Professional and Fitness coaches are fully qualified and have more than 95 years experience.
We offer a state of the art training facility with many new modern training machines, running machines, Step up Machines, Spin Bikes, weight machines,There is many different size bags. Our in-house shop offers all equipment required from gloves to boots to bandages.
Our multi-thousand pound facility is Equipped with Sauna, hot-tub, steam room Etc. We have excellent male and female changing facilities.
Connor Knocks Out Marcis Bumbiers at Caird Hall
Connor law boxed on Saturday at the caird hall in Dundee knocking out Latvian Marcis Bumbiers who had 2 wins 1 loss and 1 draw.
Connor started the 1st round very eager cracking Marcis with two straight left hands knocking the Latvians head backwards to the wows of the crowd. Marcis grabbed hold of connor very quickly to stop him picking him off at long distance. As the 2nd round started Marcis come out all guns blazing Connor side stepped him and dropped him to the canvas with left and right hooks to the body. Marcis just got to his feet after the eight count, Connor jumped on him again with a straight left hand to the body followed by a crunching left and right hook to the body.
Marcis dropped to the canvas in agony with the referee counting to ten there was no way he was getting up from those thunderous body shots.
Connors record sits at 3 fights with 2 knock outs.
Connor will be in action again in April tbc. then his 5th professional contest in the Gilvenbank hotel Glenrothes on Friday 29th May
Emma McCulloch takes the win in Style
Scottish senior elite boxers finals at Ravescraig Arena Motherwell saw our flyweight 23 years old Emma McCulloch boxing for her 1st Scottish senior elite title.
Emma took it in style with a convincing pts win over experienced Joanna Ryan from the Lochend club in Edinburgh (she is the 1st Scottish female flyweight champion since female boxing was introduced).
Emma will now be called in to the Scotland squad for preparation for various European tournaments.
Everyone at the club is so proud of what she has achieved after only taking up the sport a year ago. Its onwards and upwards for Emma

Our Gym (ideal for dance lessons, fitness classes, Karate Classes, Yoga, Zumba and rehearsals etc) is available for group and individual hire. Two Large rooms are available. Glenrothes Boxing Club has built a fantastic gym and Assault course. Now avalable for hire on a flexible basis to various clients. The gym attracts Coaches, Local groups and Personal Trainers. The environment is set up to make their client’s lives as stress free as possible; including a full range of functional training equipment, outside training area . The quality of equipment, cleanliness and service levels are all maintained to the highest standards. This in turn attracts Personal Trainers of the highest calibre and a friendly relaxed atmosphere, where knowledge and information is shared.

Put your body to the test against our specially designed assault course used to develop balance, strength and coordination. The individual stations have been scientifically designed to provide a range of exercise. Most have simple stations including tyre runs, sit-up bars, chin-up bars, parallel bars, and more challenging stations such as a wall climb and log lift. Either just attempt to get round in one piece or compete in a team challenge. Suitable for those aged 14 and above. Reasonable Rates are available by Hour, Half Day or Day
What we offer?
We provide boxing and fitness coaching and training, as well as one to one coaching and mentoring for groups or individuals, including advice on nutrition and health related issues. We work with a wide age range of people from different genders and backgrounds, everyone is treated as equal and made welcome. We have various groups of boxers listed below
Monday and Wednesday
- Juniors:- 5pm to 6.pm
- Monday to Friday
- Seniors 6.15pm to 7.30pm.
- Juniors/Seniors/ladies:- 6.00pm to 7.00pm
- Ladies:- 1oam to 12pm
- Tuesday and Thursday:- 7.15pm to 8.15pm.
